Welcome to the Pharmacy Community

Join us in the free Optum Online Community for Pharmacy Customers! We created this new space to provide:

  • better customer service.
  • access to technical documentation, presentations, and other material.
  • a forum for you to discuss pharmacy and software-related issues with your peers across our customer base.

To register, create a Community account by following the instructions below and selecting Pharmacy when you reach the Products Used field. It only takes a few minutes to register!

You and Your Pharmacy

The Pharmacy Community is a great way to build connections, fully engage with your peers, and receive relevant industry-leading information and product resources that add value to your organization. You can ask questions, share best practices, and access product information, webinars, training videos, and news.

The Community also gives us an effective way of understanding your important interests and hot topics.

10. After registering for a Community account customers will receive the following email from donotreply@optum.com
11. Once a customer's registration is approved (within 2-3 business days) the customer will receive the following email from donotreply@optum.com asking them to complete their registration. 

12. Click the Complete Registration button. You are directed to the One Healthcare ID Registration page. Click to create a One Healthcare ID.

13. A One Healthcare ID registration page will open, please enter the required fields the click Continue:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Choose a unique One Healthcare ID username
  • Password
  • Security Questions

The next step is CRITICAL to successfully enrolling your
One Healthcare ID to the Community site.
14. After you create your One Healthcare ID, you will be asked to activate your account via email. Click on the link in the activation email, then enter a 10-digit verification code.
15. After activation, you can use your One Healthcare ID to access Community. When you select “Log In” you will be directed to the Optum Insight Login screen. Please select the “One Healthcare ID” button. 
16. On the One Healthcare ID screen, you will need to enter your One Healthcare ID username or email address and your password that you created. 
17. You may be asked an additional security question. 
18. Upon completion, you will be directed back to the Community homepage, and you will have successfully logged in! When you are successfully logged in your name will appear on the top of Community.

Registration Steps

1. New Customers that want to create a Community account will navigate to https://community.optum.com/home and select "Register"
2. Customers will be directed to the Optum Community Access Management page and will start by selecting "Organization Name: and then Search

3. When the Organization Name text box opens, customer will need to enter "Community" into the text field and then Search.

Please Note: If a customer enters anything other than Community in the Organization Name text field they will receive an error. In order to sign-up for a Community account, please be sure to only type "Community" in this field.
4. After searching, "Community" will appear with an empty check box. Select "Community" and then Next.
5. Customers will then be asked to enter their Community registration information, and select Next.
6. Customer will be asked to confirm the information, and then Next.
7. Once confirmed, a "Success" message will appear in green at the top of the page. 
8. After selecting close, the customer will be redirected to the log in page.
9. After completing registration, customer will continue with the login using a One Healthcare ID, If a customer does not have a One Healthcare ID, they will continue with the following steps.
